The Large Mixed Mushroom Box contains a variety of the freshest mushrooms available for that week, with a primary focus on Lion’s Mane and Oyster (pink, yellow, blue, gray, black pearl king) mushrooms, as they constitute the bulk of our production. Seasonally, we also include Pioppino, Chestnut, Shiitake and Nameko mushrooms in smaller quantities. This selection ensures each box is filled with a unique mix of mushroom species.
Although the weight of each box may slightly vary, our priority is to ensure it is packed with high-quality fresh mushrooms. The featured box, for instance, includes Lion’s Mane, Gray Oyster, and Chestnut mushrooms, meeting our minimum guaranteed weight of 22 ounces or 1.4 pounds.
